Could whtever higher power out there please give me a fucking break?

I only wanted one thing for Christmas and it wasn't big or grand or expensive. But because of our shitty car I couldn't get it. (I'll leave out the fact we could probably have borrowed someone's car because all the sodding money was going on the car as well.)

Last night I decided to have a look at Argos, Currys and so on, to see if their sales might possibly include keyboards. They do but... I don't really want an all-dancing, all-singing thing with more buttons than keys. I don't want or need it to impersonate every instrument known to man and then some, or to play CDs or to save my playing onto a CD Rom. And I don't want to spend £100+ on something like that either.

So I went onto Loot and found the most beautiful upright piano. I mean a PIANO. A proper one. It's lovely. Look. And it's affordable and we could get it here no problem cos we could hire a trailer. So I went to bed all happy, planning on emailing the shop today to see if it's still there.

However. However.

In bed it dawned on me I can't get it. Because of this shitty house and it's shitty porch, we wouldn;t be able to get it IN. So I'm sad and pissed off and fed up and why the fuck does nothing go right for me right now?

It's not sodding fair.

I wish to thank unbiddable (again) for the wmv version of Duet. It's done a lot to cheer me up... though I can't watch it just yet since the kids (and me) are watching Shrek. I'm so looking forward to seeing Naked!Rodney *drools*
