misaffectionNeglected to update. Bad Helen. Offer was accepted. Went to Mortgage Point today for long, marathon form-filling session. So form will now wander off to the company for them to disect. Valuation should take place end of next week. Or maybe week after that, depending on how the Easter break backs things up.
The whole process will take around 12 weeks, which brings us neatly to the start of the summer hols.
The "posh" April/May camping hol has hit the rubbish bin, but we'll probably get away on the cheap. Don't know how much we'll go away over the summer as we'll be sorting the house out *G*
I have garden planting to plan. *bounces*
Or maybe I should wait until we get actual confirmation on the mortgage. lol
