misaffectionFear and tremble.
So humongous update...
... firstly, three weeks ago we got a letter from Salford Housing with an Offer. We toddled across Manchester to have a look. It looked nice from the outside so we said... can we have a look inside?
They said of course so the following Thursday we went and had another look. 2:15pm. Liked it a LOT so we went to the office at 3.:0pm. By five o'clock we'd signed.
At 11am on Friday we got the keys. Last Thursday we moved all the major stuff.
So we have moved and now live in a lovely four bedder in Little Hulton (Salford).
Woot!!!
...secondly, new house is in a cabled area so I ordered NTL last Saturday and they fitted it today. So I have internet and phone... but the TV ain't working *sigh*
I'll miss CIN tonight and, worse than that, Torchwood. The signal round here is crap, even the digital so I missed it last Sunday.
And that's all folks. I'm very happy to be back and I missed you all *hugs*
