misaffectionI have just put twenty pounds on my Splash Plastic card only to find out JulesGems not longer accept them.
I have no idea if I can get that money back but even if I can, it's not going to be any time soon.
ETA: I rang Splash Plastic's parent company and they are going to transfer the £20 into my bank account - should be in Mon/Tuesday. Hurrah for decent customser service!
