Anti-fanwank

There is a guy called Trevor who's posted replies to Joe's blog on Gateworld who's an utter twit. Apparently McKay is an arrogant coward with no redeming qualities whatsoever, shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a gun and should have been dead early season one.

*snorts*

Arse.

Now even though I love McKay dearly I know he is arrogant and he can be cowardly. But neither is he a one-dimensional character with no more depth than a puddle. To say so is an insult to the writers and to David Hewlett. David played McKay with such depth that Cooper expanded his part in SG1's Redemption and is the majoring factor that McKay is actually in Atlantis.

I didn't post a reply to Trevor. I have a "Do not feed the troll" policy. Rather, I posted to Joe saying that I was looking forward to seeing certain developments even if they trounce over my fan fic *smiles*

Curious

Succumbing to the pleas of morbid_sparks and staceyuk I have written my first Doctor Who fic in months. And what's more - it's smutty.

It came back to me very quickly, although I'm not sure about the ending. Hell, I'm not sure about much since I'm running a temperature somewhere in the nineties. It's also as entertaining as writing smut whilst drunk, lol.

And just for myself and doylefan22 I'm writing a second version for SGA. McWeir of course. I don;t know exactly when that'll be done though.
