Because I'm a little bit sad

(in the emotional sense) today's plan is to clean the fishtank and buy some fish.

They shall be called Chris and Billie and John.

Mo Mowlam

( This news ) has saddened me. Mo Mowlam was a remarkable person who made me proud to be British and proud to be female.

She achieved more in Northern Ireland during her short term than other had managed in years. She was fun and full of life, but she didn't suffer fools or take any shit.

Thank god the doctors honoured her wishes and she died as she wanted without any fuss. Pity it was so early in her life and condolences to her family and friends.

Rest in peace Mo - you deserve that.

Okay so everyone knows I'm doing this weird not-crossover fic with McKay-from-Atlantis as the Doctor yeah?

Well apparently doylefan22 is right and it is fate cos I was watching Atlantis tonight and McKay said to some children...

"Go to your room!"

At which point I choked on the Munchie I was eating before dissolving into tears of laughter.

It makes me grin every time I think of it.
