Piggin plot bunnies

doylefan22 has infected me with the worst plot bunny ever. However due to the sheer stupidity of it and the possibilities of much humour encourage me to write it.

It is basically a Doctor Who alternative AU. In which the Doctor is played by David Hewlett in full McKay mood.
