How difficult is it to enter in a customer's details? If your a BT worker it is apparently very difficult. I say this because we have rung BT today as they told us on Saturday that we would have a modem by Wednesday.
Wednesday came. Modem didn't.
So we rang them today. We aren't on the waiting list for broadband.
Gah.
We will now be on dial up until Wednesday NEXT week.
