Ouchies
There is a major drawback to having five children and that is the amount of toys they acquire. Having outgrown his Bob The Builder scooter (now passed to Andrew), we bought Stephen a new one today.
He left this in the kitchen. Behind me.
So I turn round and see it, but I've already started to move and lose my balance. I ended up standing on the bottom of the base, resulting in severe friction burn to the sole of my foot and twisting my ankle. I catch myself with my right hand and retear the tendon in my wrist.
All of the muscles in my left shin are throbbing. I've also pulled my back.
Not happy.
